OPAT Ltd - We design and manufacture Turnkey Oxygen PSA plants built and fully commissioned at our works to your specification which can be packaged in a transport container as below: We are a leading design house in oxygen PSA, OPAT personnel have over 60 years experience in the development, design, manufacture, commissioning and consultation in on-site Oxygen production. OPAT was formed from the demise of BOC’s in house engineering company in 2002 and as such have experience of plants up to 106 TPD, 3 Thames bubblers(2 x 30, 1 x 10 tpd , 1 Shanghi bubbler (5 tpd). 24 patents and many Awards. Being a small British company we cannot compete in the large volume production of cheap plants, so concentrate on the smaller niche markets where the plants lifetime costs are important, plants are built to last the lifetime, minimum maintenance, only oil free compression is ever used, and the plant is designed for the customers requirements, bespoke plants or modified standard designs. We can offer plants up to 60 TPD, purities up to 95%, and powers, as low as 0.4 kWh/nm3 (dependant on pressure requirement).
